Would gladly give 10 stars if I could. We have worked with Ken to sell and buy properties (he was excellent at both). We have also referred him to friends and family. He offers knowledge, hands-on customer service, great communication and strong attention to detail. My wife and I were also impressed with his honesty and depth of knowledge. One of our properties was difficult to sell but Ken developed a specialized marketing plan and was honest about the price and surrounding market conditions. We were able to successfully sell that property after several had previously failed. Ken is most impressive real estate professional with which we have had the pleasure of working. He was not the 1st realtor we worked with but he is now the only realtor we will use and we trust him implicitly!
